Night and Day Stone Restoration is a family-owned and operated stone restoration company based in Las Vegas, NV. We provide professional stone polishing, sealing, chip and crack repair, floor restoration, tile and grout cleaning, and related services for residential and commercial properties throughout the Las Vegas valley and surrounding areas.

3. Service Estimates & Quotes

All quotes and estimates provided by Night and Day Stone Restoration are non-binding until a written service agreement or invoice is signed by both parties. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the surfaces, accessibility, and scope of work discovered on-site. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including equipment issues or unsafe working conditions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

  • Ensure clear and safe access to all surfaces to be worked on.
  • Remove or protect fragile items, furniture, and valuables in the work area prior to our arrival.
  • Disclose any known damage, prior repairs, or treatments applied to the stone surfaces.
  • Ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area during service.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. For large commercial projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling.

7. Satisfaction & Warranty

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can assess and address the issue. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in our labor and application methods. It does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, use of acidic or abrasive products, physical impact, or normal wear and tear after service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Night and Day Stone Restoration is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions in the stone that are not disclosed prior to service. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
